Peteris Ozols

CEO, COO

Peteris Ozols has been involved in the restaurant business for the past 23 years. He also spent 13 years in hotel management. His university education in psychology has helped him become a successful expert in management, human resourcing, customer service and team building. Peteris’ experience in the restaurant business has included; gourmet restaurants, bars, management and opening franchised restaurants and hotels. Peteris enjoys seeing customers having a great time and enjoying the atmospheres at Easy Wine and Easy Beer restaurant/bars. He does his best to make sure that the Easy Wine/Easy Beer teams work well together, are interactive, feel as though they are an important part of the team, are professional in all their dealings and are also inspired to think out of the box to find creative solutions to problems that might arise. Peteris realises that it is his responsibility to keep all staff focused and working together as a team. Peteris is prepared to train your management to achieve the same level of world class excellence as he has created in Easy Wine and Easy Beer restaurants and bars.

Anastasiya has spent the past 15 years immersed in the wine business. It has been her work, her hobby and her life. She radiates a real love for the wine business. She also has expertise in the psychology of selling wines and human behaviour. She has written many articles about wine and the business of wine. You will be impressed with her professionalism, creativity, marketing expertise and management of the wine business. Alexander has spent 6 years traveling and learning about beers around the world. He studied extensively for many years at breweries in Germany, the heart of the world’s beer industry. He has worked all aspects of the beer business from the bar to being a brew master. He is an expert in every facet of the beer business including sales and marketing. He is also an excellent communicator and team member. He will help you choose the right beers for your region and clientele as well as your restaurant menu. His languages include; English, Russian, Latvian, German and Ukrainian.

Timur Bjornson

Brand Chef for Easy Beer

Timur Bjornson is passionate about being a chef, cooking and about food. He has worked as a creative chef for many years in a wide variety of cuisines including; French, Mexican, American, Cajun and international. His very favourite though are great burgers and steaks. Be believes in using only fresh and high quality ingredients, cooking from scratch, simple food and cooking with care and passion. His breads and sauces always receive raving reviews. In his kitchen there is no cutting corners. He is also an expert in sourcing the very best ingredients in your region for the best results. He understands that price/quality ratio is very important and keeps this in mind when sourcing. He is also an expert in customer service. Nauris has been a chef for the past 12 years. He trained in 2 different Michelin star restaurants and has acted as a professional chef in fine hotel restaurants and individual restaurants. He is also an excellent trainer of chefs now and has done many trainings. Nauris will be able to train your chefs in all the best practices. He loves cooking and being creative. Nauris is able to create custom menus for your Easy Wine restaurants that match the fine wines you are serving as well as the tastes of your guests. He works closely with the sommelier to be sure every food is paired perfectly with each wine and is able to describe exactly why. This is very important for your guest’s experience and for marketing. He is also very good at communicating his vision and expertise in person and by electronic means. So you know he will be available to support your success at all times.

Dace Kantmane

General Manager for Easy Beer

Dace Kantmane’s degree is in tourist management. She continued her studies in practical situations in Turkey and conference management in Scotland. She has been active in the hospitality industry for the past 10 years. Dace is passionate about this business and it shows. She inspires the staff to give 100% in all their jobs and especially customer service. She does product trainings on all new products for all staff and will do so for yours. Oskars Berzins

CTO for Easy Wine and Easy Beer

Oskars Berzins has been involved in IT for the past 20 years. He is an expert in web design, website development, software design and development, implementation, system design, search engine optimization and QA testing. One of Oskars’ many valuable talents is to be able to put complex technology into simple language so that non-tech people can understand it. Oskars will be available to you to help with your website design, development and implementation as well as integration of our proprietary Easy Wine/Easy Beer system software into your restaurant/bar franchises. He will also help you recruit and manage any IT people you need to hire so that you understand what they are doing, define the requirements for them and to make sure they deliver exactly what is required at the best price possible.

Juris Roganovs

Franchising Manager

Juris has extensive experience internationally as a franchisor, franchisee, franchise management advisor and lecturer on franchising. He has worked with brands from many industries. Juris has 15 years’ experience in the international restaurant chain businesses. He has more than 10 years in senior management positions, including human resources, operations, franchising and international business development. He has extensive management consulting experience in the fields of business development and franchising in sectors that include; jewellery, cosmetics, IT, restaurants, manufacturing, professional services and others. Juris will be your go to person for everything involved in establishing your Easy Wine and Easy Beer franchises. He will support your success with all his talents.
